La secuencia les informa a los cient\u00edficos la clase de informaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica que se transporta en un segmento espec\u00edfico de ADN.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3eca6eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3eca6eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>National Human Genome Research Institute<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5ebfe33d elementor-section-content-middle elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5ebfe33d\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-no\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4c8012dd\" data-id=\"4c8012dd\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16b72e1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16b72e1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">An\u00e1lisis masivo de secuencias gen\u00e9ticas<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3aa5663e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3aa5663e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Existen diferentes t\u00e9cnicas para la secuenciaci\u00f3n masiva, en donde debe suceder un proceso conformado por varios pasos, que inician en la fragmentaci\u00f3n del ADN, hasta la creaci\u00f3n de archivos con la informaci\u00f3n de las secuencias (como los datos que se pueden observar en los archivos del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bioeconomyinnovation.com\/index.php\/base-de-datos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MIAE aqu\u00ed en nuestra p\u00e1gina<\/a>) las cuales se almacenan para finalmente poder manejarlas en una base de datos por medio de procesos inform\u00e1ticos.<\/p><p>Una de las t\u00e9cnicas de secuenciaci\u00f3n masiva, m\u00e1s usadas son la secuenciaci\u00f3n por s\u00edntesis o polimerizaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n existe otra t\u00e9cnica m\u00e1s reciente, la secuenciaci\u00f3n basada en nanoporos, esta consiste en\u00a0la identificaci\u00f3n de las distintas bases de la cadena de ADN gracias a una se\u00f1al \u00f3ptica o por la variaci\u00f3n que se produce en una corriente el\u00e9ctrica al pasar la cadena a trav\u00e9s de un nanoporo anclado a una membrana.<\/p><p>La secuenciaci\u00f3n basada en nanoporos es desarrollada por Oxford Nanopore Systems (<a href=\"https:\/\/nanoporetech.com\/\">https:\/\/nanoporetech.com\/<\/a>).
